The customer review hub
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Most review links land customers on the review hub — a single page that shows every unreviewed product across their orders at your store. They can pick where to start, see what they’ve already reviewed, and leave at any time.

When a customer clicks the Write a Review button in their request email, they land on the hub with:
- A header with your store’s logo and name
- The subtitle “Your Reviews”
- A section titled Recent Orders with cards for products they haven’t reviewed yet
- A card per product with image, title, order number, and a Review button
- A Show Previous Orders toggle that expands reviewed products
The hub is mobile-friendly — product cards stack vertically on small screens.
All orders, not just one
Unlike some platforms, the hub isn’t scoped to a single order. It queries every active review request for that customer at your store, so if they’ve received multiple requests over time, they’ll see them all in one place. Reviewed products move into the collapsible “Previous orders” section.
How it works
When the customer taps Review on a product card, they start a normal BetterReviews chat for that product. When they submit the review, the thank-you screen has a “Review more products” link that takes them back to the hub. There’s no automatic redirect — the customer taps the link when they’re ready.
They’re not forced to review every product. Many customers submit one review and stop — that’s fine. The hub just makes it easy for the ones who want to review more.
Expiry
Each review request link is valid for 90 days by default (configurable 30–180 in Settings → Your Plan). After that, opening the link shows an “Expired” message with a Send me a new link button — one click and we email a fresh link to the customer, no merchant action required.

If you need a link outside the automated flow (e.g. a customer emailed asking to review after a previous link expired), generate one via the API — see review request emails.
What happens to products they skip
Nothing. There’s no follow-up email that says “you still haven’t reviewed these.” We send one review request per physical shipment for fulfilled/delivered triggers (or one per order for created/paid triggers) — each email links to the hub, which surfaces everything pending across all shipments. Customers return when they’re ready.
Customization
The hub uses its own layout but picks up the store name and logo from your brand settings. The copy (section headings, button labels) is fixed across all stores.
