How we priced this · sources and dates
Each competitor's prices come from its own source, checked on its own date: Yotpo's reviews-pricing.md (archived) (September 10, 2026); okendo.io/pricing (September 10, 2026); Stamped's App Store listing (September 8, 2026); Loox's App Store listing (September 8, 2026). Yotpo shown on the Pro plan (its AI tier), whose published ladder tops out at $379/mo for up to 5,999 monthly orders — 6,000+ is quoted by sales. Yotpo serves two different price tables from the same pricing URL, so we cite its own price document via the Internet Archive rather than the live page. Okendo's bands step at 1,500 and 3,500 orders, so crossing 1,500 moves Growth to Power in a single order. Loox on Convert ($50 per 300 orders past the first 300), switching to Loox Unlimited when that is cheaper. BetterReviews Unlimited is $149/mo with 1,000 AI-collected reviews included each month. Orders are never counted. Loox's top plan is also named Unlimited — the calculator labels it Loox Unlimited. Prefer self-serve? Install from the App Store.

Every column below except the last one moves with order volume. That is the mechanic worth understanding before comparing any two quotes: an app that is cheapest at your current volume is not necessarily cheapest at the volume you are working toward.

"Quoted" means the vendor stops publishing a price at that volume and refers you to sales. Figures are the review product on the plan tier that includes AI features, since that is what a like-for-like comparison needs. How each app decides your bill
- Order brackets

- Per-order usage charges
- Loox bills $50 for every 300 orders past the first 300 on its Convert plan. It is a usage charge rather than a plan change, so it appears on the invoice rather than as a prompt. Loox pricing
- Flat, with no order counting
- Two apps hold one number at any volume: Judge.me at $15/mo, and BetterReviews at $149/mo. Neither counts orders, reviews or review request emails, so a record month costs the same as a quiet one.
- Quote-only above a ceiling
- Yotpo's published ladder stops at 5,999 orders and Okendo's Platform bundles are custom-priced throughout. Bazaarvoice is quote-only at every volume — what Bazaarvoice costs.
How we source these numbers
Every figure comes from the vendor's own published source and carries its own check date, because re-verifying one vendor should not silently re-date the others. Where a vendor does not publish a number, this page says "Quoted" rather than estimating one.
One case is worth naming: Yotpo serves two different price tables from the same pricing URL. Sampling it ten times on September 10, 2026 returned the current ladder six times and an older, costlier one four times. We cite Yotpo's own machine-readable price document through the Internet Archive so the figures here cannot shift underneath the page. Okendo's prices come from a browser-rendered selector, which cannot be archived the same way — treat those as worth confirming against a live quote.
