Judge.me Pricing: What the Free and $15 Plans Actually Include (2026)
Judge.me's two plans, what each one covers, where the published limits sit, and how flat $15 pricing compares to the order-metered apps in the category.
Judge.me has the simplest pricing in the Shopify reviews category, and it is worth being direct about that: two plans, no order brackets, no volume tiers, no annual contract. If you have been comparing apps whose bills climb with your order count, this page will be short by comparison.
All Judge.me pricing here comes from Judge.me’s Shopify App Store listing, checked September 10, 2026. BetterReviews prices are Unlimited at $149/mo.

How we priced this · sources and dates
Each competitor's prices come from its own source, checked on its own date: Judge.me's App Store listing (September 10, 2026); Yotpo's reviews-pricing.md (archived) (September 10, 2026); okendo.io/pricing (September 10, 2026); Stamped's App Store listing (September 8, 2026); Loox's App Store listing (September 8, 2026). Yotpo shown on the Pro plan (its AI tier), whose published ladder tops out at $379/mo for up to 5,999 monthly orders — 6,000+ is quoted by sales. Yotpo serves two different price tables from the same pricing URL, so we cite its own price document via the Internet Archive rather than the live page. Okendo's bands step at 1,500 and 3,500 orders, so crossing 1,500 moves Growth to Power in a single order. Loox on Convert ($50 per 300 orders past the first 300), switching to Loox Unlimited when that is cheaper. BetterReviews Unlimited is $149/mo with 1,000 AI-collected reviews included each month. Orders are never counted. Loox's top plan is also named Unlimited — the calculator labels it Loox Unlimited. Prefer self-serve? Install from the App Store.
Judge.me pricing
Forever Free — $0/month
Order limit: none
Includes: unlimited review requests, photo and video reviews, the review widget, star-rating badges, carousels, Google rich snippets, in-email review submission, Shop App sync and review import.
Carries Judge.me branding on the widgets. That is the trade for a free plan this complete, and it is a fair one.
Awesome — $15/month
Order limit: none
Adds: 16 widgets, AI review replies, summaries and translations, 130+ integrations including Klaviyo and Gorgias, a Q&A widget, coupons and referrals, Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok sync, cross-store review syndication, custom forms, and branding removal.
$15/month flat, at any order volume. There is no bracket to cross and no upgrade triggered by a good month.
Where the published limits sit
Judge.me’s constraints are not about price — they are about how far the product goes. These are the ones stated in Judge.me’s own documentation and listing:
Custom CSS is capped at 1,000 characters on the current widget, and 500 on the legacy version. Colour, typography and section visibility are all self-serve, but a layout change past that budget needs a developer.
Review request emails default to one per product, not one per order, so a customer buying five items can receive five emails. A multi-product template is available, and Judge.me’s own guidance recommends limiting reminders because later ones are more likely to be flagged as spam.
AI features are reply-and-summary shaped. AI-generated replies, summaries and translations are on the Awesome plan. What is not there is AI-guided collection — the review itself is still gathered by a form.
There is no dedicated account contact on either plan. Support is a queue, which is the normal arrangement at $15/month.
None of that is a criticism of a $15 product. It is the shape of what $15 a month can build and staff, and for a very large number of stores it is the right purchase — around 500,000 of them have made it.
Judge.me vs the order-metered apps
This is the comparison that actually matters, and Judge.me wins it outright:
| App | 200 orders | 1,500 orders | 5,000 orders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Judge.me Awesome | $15/mo | $15/mo | $15/mo |
| BetterReviews Unlimited | $149/mo | $149/mo | $149/mo |
| Okendo | $119/mo | $119/mo | $499/mo |
| Yotpo Pro | $119/mo | $269/mo | $379/mo |
| Stamped Reviews | $99/mo | $199/mo | $199/mo |
Two apps in that table hold one number across every column. If predictable billing is what you are shopping for, the shortlist is Judge.me and us, and Judge.me is a tenth of the price.
So when is $149 the right call instead?
When the constraint stops being how many reviews you have and starts being what they say.
Judge.me is excellent at collecting a large volume of form-shaped reviews cheaply. BetterReviews exists for the next problem: reviews detailed enough to use as ad copy, email content and landing-page proof. Instead of a form, customers have a short AI-guided conversation that asks follow-up questions. On Missouri Star Quilt Company — a co-founder’s store, and the first store this was built for — average review length went from 17 words to 38, and the share of reviews detailed enough to use in marketing went from 9% to 45%.
The $149 also buys things a $15 plan cannot staff: a dedicated CSM you can reach directly on Slack, a designer who matches the widget to your theme, done-for-you migration while your current app stays live, and a 90-day guarantee on the share of reviews that turn out useful.
If your reviews are already doing their job, stay where you are — that is a real answer and we would rather you hear it here than after a trial. If you have read your last fifty reviews and most of them say “great product”, that is the gap this is for.
