Both plans: flat price, unlimited orders and emails, locked at signup. AI-collected reviews are included monthly (1,000 on Unlimited, 3,000 on Studio); past that, customers get the classic review form, or Fair auto-recharge adds 500 more for $50 on Unlimited ($25 on Studio) under a monthly cap you set. A credit is used only when a customer actually submits a review, never for starting a chat. Installing is free and asks for no charge approval: import your reviews, run the widget on them, moderate, and try 50 playground conversations without paying. Billing and the 14-day free trial both start when you switch review collection on. The trial is on Unlimited, for first-time installs; if you have subscribed before, plan changes bill on approval.

Pricing questions
What does the price lock mean?
The monthly price you sign up at is the price you pay for as long as your subscription runs. No annual uplift, no renewal increase, and your orders are never counted. Changing a price requires a new Shopify subscription that you would have to approve first.
Is there a catch on unlimited?
Unlimited means orders, reviews, and review request emails: none of those are ever counted or capped, nothing throttles, and nothing silently stops sending. AI-collected reviews work on included credits: 1,000 a month on Unlimited, 3,000 on Studio, and a credit is used only when a customer actually submits an AI review, never for starting a chat. Past the included amount, customers get the classic review form, free, forever, so collection never stops. Or you switch on Fair auto-recharge, which adds 500 AI reviews for $50 on Unlimited ($25 on Studio) under a monthly spending cap you set yourself, with the first 50 over your included amount free before the first block bills.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through Shopify, so the charge sits on your Shopify invoice and uninstalling cancels it. The price lock is enforced by Shopify itself: changing a price requires a new subscription that you would have to approve first.
