Questions about integrations

What do integrations cost?

Every live integration on this page is included on every plan, including Free, except the Slack channel, which comes with Better and Studio. The ones marked Set up by our team are switched on by us; Coming soon ones aren't available yet.

Do I need a developer?

No. Most integrations are a toggle or a key you paste once. Shopify Flow and the customer page block are added automatically when you install.

Can I use Zapier or n8n?

Yes, through our REST API with an API key. There isn't a native Zapier app yet.

Can AI assistants work with my reviews?

Yes. Claude, Claude Code or any MCP client can read your reviews and pull the best ones for a product, on every plan. Plain-English search, and changes from Claude Code with a Read & Write key, are on Better and Studio. Connectors added by URL (Claude and ChatGPT) are always read-only.

What happens to my integrations when I switch from another reviews app?

We map what your store relies on before you switch, and connect it first. Your old app keeps running until everything checks out.

I don't see a tool I use. Can you add it?

Tell us on a demo call. If your store depends on it, we'd rather build the connection than have you work around it.
