Questions about AI product pages

What does it add to my product page?

Up to five sections: highlights, one top review shown word for word, a review summary with real quotes, an FAQ and an SEO description block. They appear through BetterReviews theme blocks you place in your theme, and you choose the layout in the editor.

Does it change my product description?

No. The SEO description is an extra block on the page. Your Shopify product description stays exactly as you wrote it.

How do you stop it from making things up?

Quotes are copied exactly from reviews, and a separate checking model tests every claim against your reviews and product description. Anything it can't support is removed, and nothing publishes until every section passes. Edits are checked again.

Can I edit what it writes?

Yes. Edit any section, regenerate a single widget or the whole page with your own feedback, preview it, then publish. You can also set store-wide rules through the API: topics and words to avoid, and which sections to use.

Can an AI agent do this for me?

Yes. Claude Code and Claude Desktop (through our MCP server, using an API key with write access) and agents like Viktor (through our API) can generate, edit, check and publish product pages for you. The same fact check applies to everything they publish.

Is the content visible to Google?

Yes. The sections are rendered into the page HTML from Shopify metafields, so search engines and AI crawlers read them on the first load.

What about Q&A?

If you already have Q&A in Okendo or another app, export it as a CSV and import it. It shows in a Questions tab in the review widget.

Which plan do I need?
